And the Nominees Are

  3-8-15

The public has voted and chosen the best of the best for the 2014-2015 season! Don't shoot the messenger.

We were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and turnout for this year's ceremony. We had a large amount of turn out for our final categories that were picked by the HKELD readers: Best Ticketing Provider and Best Local Band. Thank you to everyone who helped us spread the word about the nominations.

Diversity in the voting pool is key in helping The Hecklers stay a fair representation of what audiences in Hong Kong love, so please help us spread the word on how to receive a final ballot.

This year has turned out to be a very interesting ballot. We've had 50 different productions nominated, in 6 different languages, with over a dozen different styles of performance and a variety of different nationalities and languages represented in the acting categories. This year's Hecklers are a perfect representation of the beautiful melting pot that is Hong Kong's art scene.

To get access to the ballot to vote you need to enter your email into the box on the original post about the awards. The link to the ballot will be sent to your email address. You may only vote once. We will get all the ballots out and into your emails by August 6th. (Please let us know if you have requested a ballot and not received it by this date.) Voting on the Final Ballot will close on September 4th.

Save the date for the ceremony at Orange Peel on September 7th at 8pm! Invitations will be going out shortly.

Congrats to all the nominees!
