Coming Soon... Kidsfest 2014
Moms and Dads in Hong Kong should get excited. Kidsfest is coming back this month. 3 whole weeks of 8 shows performing in rep all for the young audience member. There is a huge desire for quality youth theatre in town and ABA Productions swooped in a few years ago with this concept to help fill the void.
There are several different shows you can take your kids to. Plus, there are shows appropriate for older audience members and younglings. The horrible history series is more appropriate for the secondary school kids and the little ones will absolutely adore their favorite stories like The Gruffalo and We're Going on a Bear Hunt which are now hitting the stage live.
Tickets can be purchased through HKticketing. For those of you who automatically wince at the price- there are ticket discounts available for those who purchase tickets for more than one show and for those who purchase in a group. So save a few bucks and see more than one show or get a whole bunch of parents together for an afternoon of fun. Yes, there are afternoon matinees and early evening shows during the week. Perfect for those early bedtimes...
