Who's the Best Bad Guy?

Last week we had an interesting blog about heroes. We got into a bit of debate in the comment section of whether Macbeth was a hero or not. Now, I want to hear the flip side. Who's your favorite Villain in the theatre? I always find that playing the bad guy is much more fun than playing the hero. Also, in traditional scripts you get to die which is always fun. So, who's your favorite baddie? Cast your vote and if he/she's not on the list, write it in the comment section.

  Audrey II is the best villain in the history of musical theatre. Glad she made the list. Of Shakespeare's Villains, I prefer Richard III or Claudius to Iago.
