Virtuoso bassoonist Mathias Racz (principal basson of Zurich's Tonhalle Ochestra) puts his instrument through its paces for a 2 hour stretch performing works by Glinka (Sonata for Basson and Piano), Bozza (Recit, Sicilienne et Rondo pour Basson et Piano) and Mozart (Bassoon Concerto in B-flat K191).

Attendance is free - observers can register via email in advance or obtain a ticket at the Academy Box Office 30 minutes before the start of the masterclass.  All tickets will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis, one ticket per registration.  To register, send your name and contact number to info@hksinfonietta.org on or before 15 August.
